People ask me all the time, “Why are you still doing fitness coaching when you’ve got so much else going on?” It’s a fair question—I have other businesses now, and my fitness roster is much smaller than it used to be. But the truth is, coaching isn’t just something I do. It’s something I feel deeply connected to.
I can’t forget the version of myself who inspired it all.
Remembering That Couch Moment
I still vividly remember sitting on the couch, watching my kids play, and feeling like a shell of myself. I was lost in my own skin, empty, and disconnected from the woman I used to be. That feeling of helplessness? It’s etched into my soul.
That’s why I show up for the women who feel the same way I once did. Because I know what it’s like to look in the mirror and not recognize yourself. To feel stuck and not know where to start.
It’s About More Than Fitness
Yes, I make money from fitness coaching. And yes, I have other streams of income now. But none of that is why I continue to do this work. Coaching is about so much more than workouts and meal plans—it’s about transformation.
It’s about walking with a woman who feels lost and helping her discover a version of herself she never thought was possible. It’s about showing her that she’s stronger, braver, and more capable than she believes.
Why I’ll Never Stop
Every time a woman trusts me with her journey, I’m reminded of why I started. Coaching isn’t a chore—it’s a privilege. Watching someone rediscover herself, step into her power, and take back her life? There’s nothing like it.
As long as there are women who feel stuck and need a hand to hold, I’ll be here. I’ll show up, not just as a coach, but as someone who gets it. Because I know what’s waiting on the other side—and it’s so worth the climb.
So to all the women who’ve trusted me with their journeys: thank you. You’re the reason I keep going. 🩷
