The number one thing I hear from women "weight loss isn't as easy as it used to be".
They go on to tell me that they used to be able to drop 10-20 lbs easily but just reducing the amount of food they were eating or watching what they were eating.
Want the truth? Almost all women who have done this have hurt themselves in the long run. They have gone their how life under-eating and basically telling their bodies to slow down and store what they do eat for energy for later.
Then what happens? They get older and realize that what they have done in the past to lose weight no longer works. Cue the diet roller coasters, frustration, depressions, and binge eating! Sound familiar?
If this is you the #1 thing that you can start doing for yourself right now is eating clean quality food. Shop the outside aisles of the grocery store. (dairy, protein, and veggies) Once you get that implemented start looking at how much food you are eating, if you are eating under 1300 calories YOU ARE NOT EATING ENOUGH!
In other words, it's time to get rid of the things you are conditioned to think about fat loss and start implementing the things that are going to allow you to finally have control and feel your best.
You want to start up-regulating the things that are holding you back, your metabolism, and your hormones. Without these two things functioning optimally you will forever struggle with fat loss.
