Unbecoming Everything I Was Told to Be and Rediscovering The Woman I really Am

It all started with fitness for me. It was the one thing I did just for myself—and it changed everything.

Physically, I felt stronger. Mentally, I felt clearer. But what really surprised me was how fitness opened my eyes to something so much bigger. It made me realize just how much of my life I’d spent checking off boxes of what I thought I was supposed to do to be happy.

I was chasing a version of happiness that wasn’t mine—trying to be someone I wasn’t because that’s what society, people around me, or some checklist told me I should be.

Where It All Changed

Now, I show up here because I know so many other women, especially moms, are exactly where I was. You’re doing all the “right” things—checking the boxes, holding it all together—but deep down, you can feel it: there’s something missing.

Maybe you look happy on the outside, but there’s a little voice inside you saying, “This isn’t it. There’s more for me.”

More Than Just Business

This is why my businesses are more than just businesses to me. They’re my journey. They’re proof of what happens when you stop saying yes to things that don’t feel true to you and start saying yes to yourself.

For me, saying yes meant letting go of so much—unbecoming the person I thought I was supposed to be so I could finally step into the person I am.
