One of the best ways to ensure that you stay on track and keep yourself on the right path to meet your goals, is making sure you stay stocked up on healthy snacks to reach for when the hunger and cravings set in! An added benefit of keeping a fridge/pantry full of zero-carb snacks is that they'll help you stay satisfied longer and keep you from getting hungry in 30 minutes!
Boiled Eggs- Great with some salt and pepper for a quick grab and go meal and full of protein and healthy fats to keep you on track and satisfied!
Lunch meat/cheese rollups- As with anything, check the labels to ensure the lowest carbs possible, but the combos are endless, add some cream cheese and a dill pickle to really amp up your snack!
Pepperoni crisps- Toss some pepperoni chips in your air fryer or oven and cook until crispy for a super yummy "chip-like" snack!
Cheese crisps- Same concept as the pepperoni chips, cook in your air fryer and let cool until crisp! Great alone or with your favorite dip!
Celery and nut butter- Pick your favorite no-carb nut butter, slap it on some celery, and enjoy!!
Celery and tuna/salmon- Have you seen the super handy tuna and salmon pouches at the store?? These are perfect for a quick snack that's easy to throw together!
Pork rinds- Available in lots of different flavors, you can eat them alone or even dip them in your favorite low-carb dip! These are usually zero carb and very versatile and affordable!
Bacon- I love to cook a pack of bacon to keep in a zip loc bag so I can grab a piece in passing! Who doesn't love bacon??
Yogurt with berries- There are lots of low carb yogurt options available, and if you're really feeling ambitious you can even make your own! Toss in some strawberries and blueberries to sweeten it up a little!
Jerky or meat sticks- Like anything else, check your nutrition labels for hidden carbs and sugar, but keep some jerky or meat sticks on hand for a quick and yummy snack that's perfect for on-the-go!!
