I've said it before, and I'll say it again. Changing your mindset and focusing on the positive will make your weight loss journey much more painless. We've all been to a point where we're just in a cycle of starting diets, losing motivation, letting the negative thoughts win, and giving up. Lather, rinse, repeat. The negative thoughts will most likely try to creep in at some point, so the best thing we can do is arm ourselves with positive affirmations to help ward those thoughts off and keep our brains in a positive headspace! Write these down and keep them in mind to use them throughout your journey-
1. With everyday that passes, I am becoming more healthy.
2. I am beautiful, I am strong, I am more than my addictions.
3. I deserve to have a healthy, strong body!
4. Even if I don't see the progress right now, the progress IS happening!!
5. Everyday that I succeed brings me closer to a happier, healthier future.
6. If I DON'T give up, I will thank myself tomorrow!
7. I will move my body and give it love and nourishment, for she has done SO much for me!
8. Today I choose NOT to compare my journey to others. I know that my journey is my own!
9. I refuse to let my own well-being go by the wayside. I am a priority!
10. I will only manifest success and positivity! I will not allow negativity!!
Say these daily. Multiple times daily. Write them. Sing them. Live by them. I know that you'll be shocked to learn how much focusing on positivity and pushing out the negativity, can make your journey easier and more successful!!
